Summer holidays are here.
All the children's
games are fun for grey or rainy days.
Two popular games, coppit
and
mousie-mousie are being discontinued, so if you like the
look of them, grab some while stocks last.
Board
games are great when older children have two or three
days stretching ahead of them, they can get all the pieces
out and get really involved, or you can get a board game with
shorter playing time and run a summer tournament.
On long car journeys keep little minds, or indeed
your own, occupied with a lateral
and logical thinking puzzles that they can do on their
own. If you’re transporting more than one then keep
their education ticking over with educational
card games most of these are on a ‘snap’ theme
so are simple to learn.
There’s a chance the sun will shine again
this summer. Garden games should keep everyone happy on weekend
afternoons and are great to keep too many cooks away from
the barbecue. You can try out giant connect four or quoits
in a smaller garden or lawn darts if you’ve got a bit
more room.
As ever, if you have any questions please get
in touch,
Yours,
Megan
