Studies show that regular mental challenges like card games,
board games or crossword puzzles are important for people
of all ages, but there are special benefits for older people.
These may include helping to generate new brain cells, reduce
the risk of developing dementia and slow or even reverse the
progress of mental ageing, such as forgetfulness.
At our page of games for older people we've
brought together some of the games that we've already sold
to homes and clubs for older people to give you some ideas.
There are new products on the website, you can
