Our Carrom boards are now happily in production
and we have two designs for you choose from on the carrom
page. If you want to pop down to Compendia to choose your
own board there other colour combinations to choose from.
Sudoku,
the game of the newspaper puzzle, should be with us at the
beginning of October and is up on the website to order. Now
not only can you play by yourself but up to 4 players can
play, solving the same puzzles simultaneously. Each player
has their own set of the same 100 puzzles varying in difficulty
from Junior to Samurai.
We’ve added four new games to the website.
Cheapass games specialise in games that come with no pieces
or dice, instead you raid your other board games for these
and so you don’t have to pay for pieces you already
have. The games all have intriguing setups as you can tell
from the titles; Kill Doctor Lucky, Save Doctor Lucky, and
Devil Bunny needs a ham which we are selling as a twin pack
with Devil Bunny hates the earth. They’ll appeal to
teenagers and adults but the setups and language probably
aren’t for younger children.
At this time of year some people like to get
all their Christmas shopping out of the way at one fell swoop.
As a bit of encouragement all orders placed during in October
that total over £100.00 will a get free copy of one
of the cheapass games.
The last posting date for delivery to
New Zealand and Australia before Christmas is the 3rd October.
The last posting date for delivery to the US before Christmas
is the 28th October.
Please bear in mind that we will have to receive your order,
process it and send it to you before you send it on to friends
and relatives. This year we will not be posting to the US,
New Zealand or Australia except by special arrangement, this
is because I’m away on maternity leave. If you would
like something for these countries then do email us and we’ll
try our best, but it may well take some extra time to process.
