Welcome to Roco — a new wellness venture from the team behind Compendia.
Rooted in nature, slow living and Nordic-Japanese simplicity, Roco exists to bring calm and connection to everyday life through sauna experiences, design-led stays, and curated wellness events.
What is Roco?
The name Roco is a combination of two elements:
"Ro" – from the Danish word for tranquillity.
"Co" – from the core brand pillars of Compendia - Community and Connection
In a time where stress, screens, and overstimulation are part of daily life, Roco invites people to pause. To breathe. To reconnect. Our mission is to create spaces and experiences that restore the nervous system, activate the senses, and support a deeper connection to the land, to others, and to self.

We're proud to be an official UK partner of Bast Sauna — the globally renowned designer of beautiful, mobile saunas. You can now hire a Bast Sauna for your: Weddings, Birthdays, Retreats, Corporate events, Private gatherings, Wellness weekends.
Each booking includes delivery, setup, firewood, and a basic health & safety briefing. We currently serve East Anglia, but can travel further afield on request (delivery charges apply).

All bookings include delivery (within East Anglia), full setup, and takedown by our team.

We provide an in-person health & safety walkthrough upon setup. For multi-day hires, one guest must agree to be the responsible adult.

A refundable deposit of £500 is required. Refunded after inspection.

Any misuse or damage may result in full or partial loss of the deposit.

No glass, alcohol, or open flames inside. No minors without adult supervision.

Guests must sign a safety waiver prior to use.
